The Henry Ford and Plum Market have officially opened a joint dining experience with a unique location inside Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn, Michigan. This collaboration marks the first time the Plum Market team has partnered with a cultural destination. 

Plum Market Kitchen @ The Henry Ford features chef-crafted, prepared foods available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an emphasis on all natural, organic and locally sourced ingredients accommodating special dietary needs including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan. The menu includes Plum Market’s signature collection of recipes along with new dishes developed exclusively for The Henry Ford.

Other features include outdoor seating during warmer seasons as well as a separate entrance from the museum to provide the local community with a casual dining destination. 

Visitors to Plum Market Kitchen @ The Henry Ford can enjoy made to order coffee, espresso drinks and teas at the Coffee Bar featuring Zingerman’s Coffee, and wine and beer offerings hand selected by Plum Market Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon. Grab-and-go options, including chef-crafted essentials, packaged snacks and drinks also are available for purchase. 

Hours for Plum Market Kitchen @ The Henry Ford are 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., seven days a week. Members of The Henry Ford and Ford Motor Co. employees receive special discounts.
