New Kpop Sauces, Crafted By Chris Oh, Available At Bristol Farms

Last updated on June 14th, 2024

Kpop Foods, which formerly offered its products exclusively online, has made the products available at retail for the first time at Bristol Farms stores in California. The products include Kpop Sea Snacks and all four new Kpop sauces.

The sauces, crafted by the company’s resident chef and Food Network Champion, Chris Oh, have been proven at his restaurants and were developed from family recipes. The flavors are the classic Kpop Sauce, Kimchi Mayo, Honey Glaze and XXX Sauce.

The sauce that started it all, Kpop Sauce, is a gochujang (Korean chili paste) sauce in a squeezable bottle based on a 70-year-old secret family recipe. Sweet and tangy with a kick, Kpop Sauce can be poured on anything, including eggs, ribs cucumbers, etc., and used in place of other condiments like hot sauce, BBQ marinade or ketchup.

Kpop Kimchi Mayo Sauce is rich and creamy, with a kick from chili peppers, garlic and lemon. It has a “subtly spicy and tangy profile,” according to the company, which recommends spreading this mayo on subs, burgers and tacos.

Kpop XXX Sauce has all the ingredients of Kpop Sauce but with an extra kick. It can be added to tacos, wings, burgers, ramen, etc.

Kpop Honey Glaze Sauce contains a mixture of honey, gochujang chili sauce, garlic, and jalapeños to create a rich and spicy flavor. From ribs to salmon to fried chicken, Kpop claims this will be a go-to sauce, with its sweet and savory profile.
