Loacker USA has hired Todd W. Hanus as SVP of U.S. sales, effective May 7. Hanus is responsible for all sales channels in the U.S. and reports to T.J. Rooney, president of Loacker USA, located in New York.
Hanus joined Loacker with more than 24 years of CPG experience at Kraft Foods, Nabisco and Mondelez International. He has held a wide range of senior CPG leadership positions ranging from sales planning, trade marketing, financial planning, both customer and region management as well as playing a key leadership role in strategy and operations.
More recently, Hanus was EVP for Advantage Solutions, leading the Walmart Enterprise sales team. His responsibilities spanned managing HQ sales for the Advantage team and four broker acquisitions along with retail operations. As part of the sales leadership team, he worked to accelerate client sales growth across Walmart and Sam’s Club with support across all other channels.
Hanus and his wife, Marjorie, have lived in northwest Arkansas with their two children, Connor and Caila. He serves on the Boys & Girls Club board, Walton Arts Center Corporate Leadership Council and Enactus Executive Council.

The family business was founded by Alfons Loacker in 1925, and has developed from a small regional confectioner to a globally known brand with products in more than 100 countries. All products are made and packaged in the Alps.
