Construction is complete on two Patel Brothers grocery stores in Chandler, Arizona, and Suwanee, Georgia, according to St. Louis-based Knoebel Construction, which served as the general contractor.

Patel Brothers’ 30,000-s.f. grocery stores feature a variety of authentic Indian grocery and spice products, including dry goods, frozen items and fresh produce.
The Georgia store at 3230 Caliber Street in Suwanee has not yet opened. The Arizona store opened on April 4 and is located at 1315 South Arizona Avenue in Chandler.
The construction projects consisted of conventional steel-framed and masonry-shell construction as well as custom interior finishes completed over four months. The architect was Mount Clemens, Michigan-based Partners in Architecture.
Knoebel Construction has constructed nine locations for Patel Brothers, including stores in Irving and McKinney, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; Monroeville, Pennsylvania; North Attleborough, Massachusetts; Nashville and Indianapolis.
