Longtime employee and board member Patrick G. Hagan, SVP and treasurer, will retire from Boone, Iowa-based Fareway Stores Inc. on May 3 after 23 years of service.

“Pat has been part of a great team over the years, helping Fareway grow in so many ways,” Fareway and President and CEO Reynolds Cramer. “He also served on our board and has been invaluable in strengthening our employee benefits packages, always looking to help all our employees grow their retirement fund. We thank him for his 23 years of dedicated service and wish him all the best in retirement, which I know will include fishing and hunting.”

Prior to joining Fareway, Hagan served as EVP and director of Citizens National Bank (formerly known as Hawkeye Bancorporation) from 1991-96. He also served on the board of directors of Hawkeye Leasing Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hawkeye Bancorporation.
