A new Stater Bros. Market is coming to the southwest corner of Ontario Ranch Road and Haven Avenue in the city of Ontario, California. The new site, which will be built from the ground up, will anchor the New Haven Marketplace, developed by Frontier Real Estate Investments LLC.
The company expects to break ground on this site in the spring of 2019 and anticipates a grand opening in the fall of 2019.
Once constructed, the full-service supermarket will stand at 44,662-s.f. and include full-service meat, seafood, service deli and bakery departments; fresh and healthy offerings; customer- friendly aisles; energy saving and environmentally friendly practices; and a décor scheme reflective of the local community.
The new store will be Stater Bros.’ fourth location to serve the community of Ontario. The company’s existing Ontario supermarkets are located at 1105 West Philadelphia Street, 1939 Fourth Street and 646 West Holt Boulevard.

CEO Pete Van Helden. “We look forward to the grand opening of this store and are thrilled to continue providing our loyal Ontario customers with the best grocery shopping experience in the area.”
San Bernardino-based Stater Bros. Markets operates 171 stores, employing approximately 18,000 people.
