Spangler Candy Co. has promoted Bill Martin to president. He is the first person outside the Spangler family to serve in the role. The Ohio-based company made the announcement on its Facebook page earlier this week.
Martin, who was appointed EVP and CFO of the company in 2008, “has performed increasingly important responsibilities,” the post says.
