As a result of the community’s support, Goya Foods will distribute $50,000 to Olive Crest for the mission of preventing child abuse by strengthening, equipping and restoring children and families in crisis.

Recognized as a leader in child abuse prevention, Olive Crest was asked by the state of California to expand its services and facilities to serve more sex trafficked minor youth.

The Goya Cares Hydrate for Hope campaign was launched in response to the increasing prevalence of child exploitation and mental health issues in the U.S. Through the sale of Goya Coconut Water, Goya not only raised funds but also promoted awareness and education around these pressing issues. The $350,000 raised will help fund preventative education initiatives in schools across the nation in collaboration with Goya Cares coalition partners.
