Fareway Promotes Several Executives To New Roles

Fareway Stores Inc. and CEO Reynolds W. Cramer have shared several recent personnel moves.

The promotions, which took effective immediately, include:

  • Tom Laven to SVP of retail operations. He has been with the company since 1982.
  • Theresa McLaughlin to SVP of human resources. She has served Fareway since 2011.
  • Bryan Greiner to VP of the West region. He has worked for the grocer since 1991.
  • Rob Stevenson to assistant VP of employee engagement. He came aboard in 2022.

Tom, Theresa, Bryan and Rob are important members of our team. They contribute greatly to our core and expanding operations, and will be important to our continued success,” Cramer said.

“We are excited to identify, foster and grow talent at Fareway. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have in their new roles.”
