Publix Super Markets has added a new store to its growing list of Florida locations.
The 64,080-square-foot store at 101499 Overseas Hwy. in Key Largo offers departments for grocery, dairy, frozen food, seafood, meat and fresh produce, as well as a full-service bakery and deli and pharmacy area including a drive thru option. The new location also offers a seating area for customers and employees.
“We are excited to welcome our customers to their new store at Tradewinds Plaza and look forward to providing them with the premier service and quality Publix is known for,” said Lindsey Willis, media relations manager.
Publix adds these stores to its growing number of new and remodeled locations in the Sunshine State, including supermarkets in Kissimmee, Melbourne, Miami, Royal Palm Beach, Sarasota, Westlake, Fort Myers and Boynton Beach.
This Publix store features a deli counter with Boar’s Head meats and cheeses. The deli also offers an international selection of olives and more than 200 artisan cheeses. The produce department carries organic and conventionally-grown fresh fruits and vegetables.
It also features a meat department with custom cuts, including Publix private label all-natural and organic GreenWise chicken. The seafood department carries fresh seafood and wild and farm-raised fish, as well as a variety of shellfish.
The wine department at this location will offer a large variety of premium and specialty wines from the U.S. and around the world, along with a large selection of champagnes and sparkling wines. The selection also includes fine wines made with organic grapes.
Lastly, the pharmacy will include a variety of body care products and a selection of natural and conventional vitamins, minerals and supplements.
Publix provides contactless pay options and convenient services like grocery delivery, powered by Instacart, and pharmacy delivery. The store will also feature a pick-up option at the front of the store to make picking up online orders easier for customers.
