Alliance Retail Group Introduces ARG Marketing

ARG Marketing

Hendersonville, Tennessee-based Alliance Retail Group has announced the formation of ARG Marketing, which will allow it to move all ARG businesses under one group to drive retailer success in the independent grocery space.

Leveraging the scale of 1,400 independent retailers for digital marketing, ARG Marketing will simplify complex solutions to engage consumers, maximizing marketing dollars and driving sales.

According to Alliance Retail Group, ARG Marketing will be differentiated by its ability to report back to retailers and vendor partners about what really matters, which is the ROI in actual sales dollars and units through its reporting platform iPro Edge.

ARG Marketing’s mission statement is:

“Independent grocers have a fierce entrepreneurial spirit. That’s how they can survive in the crowded modern marketplace. By banding together with a thousand other independent retailers, we can prosper together.”

It also states the following:

  • “We believe in the power of the little guys.”
  • “We believe in great independent retailers winning over big box banners.”
  • “We believe in the power of family-owned stores.”
  • “We believe the local grocery store is the heart of their community.”
  • “We believe you can succeed, and we can help you get there.”

The statement continues: “Whether your stores are in urban Chicago, rural Mississippi or anywhere between – ARG has the expertise and resources to help your stores thrive.

“Our staff is composed of experienced, dedicated professionals passionate about the independent market. Our relationships with vendors are central to our mission, and every single decision we make is influenced by helping our members’ bottom line.”
