Tops Friendly Markets cut a ribbon March 29 in celebration of the store’s grand re-opening at 1800 Lake Road in Hamlin, New York. This marks the 31st location recently updated with a new look and a renewed focus on fresh departments.
The 47,000-square-foot store will offer new, enhanced services, an expanded assortment of products and an enlarged fresh perimeter with new updated décor. To see some of the renovations, visit its website.
This store has been refreshed with new exterior paint and refreshed awnings, landscaping, energy efficient equipment and LED lighting both inside and out, Flashfood, fuel station, solar powered efficiencies, expanded state-of-the-art self-check outs, renovated restrooms, bottle redemption room and new interior décor.
“When it comes to freshness, convenience and variety, you’ll find everything here at your newly remodeled Hamlin store,” said Bobby Giancursio, store manager, Hamlin Tops.
“With inspiring products including a wider selection of domestic and imported cheeses, healthy hydration selection and custom cut meats by real butchers, guests are sure to enjoy all we have to offer.”
The store’s remodel also includes the pharmacy with a new waiting area, which provides a variety of services to the community. Tops offers a number of immunizations including COVID-19 booster shots, shingles, flu shots and the pneumonia vaccination.
Tops is also an authorized administrator of the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles’ Vision test and provides low prescription prices with more than 3,000 insurance plans and with the GoodRx app. Also, customers can easily get refills 24/7 by phone, online or through the mobile app.
The Hamlin Tops’ store will be making $1,000 donations to each of the following local groups: Brockport Central Schools, Hamlin Ambulance, Hamlin Fire Department, Life Solutions of Hamlin Food Pantry, Monroe County Sherriff’s Office and VFW Post 6703.
