San Bernardino, California-based Stater Bros. Markets has announced the grand reopening of its enlarged, remodeled supermarket at 3770 Mission Ave. in Oceanside, CA.
The store has expanded by 10,000 square feet and the additional space has allowed it to add amenities, such as stations for fresh-cut fruit and sushi and an expanded beer department. The store has also received an updated interior that matches other recent stores. Shoppers will find a variety of products, such as pan dulce, hand-prepared guacamole and tres leches cakes.
Joel Nunez, store manager, and his team will hold the store’s grand reopening March 22-26. Customers will have the opportunity to sample some of the store’s new food items and to win a free bag of groceries.
“In nearly all respects, the investment we’ve made in our Oceanside store has provided enhancements that make it essentially a ‘new’ store,” said Pete Van Helden, Stater Bros. Markets CEO and chairman.
“I know the residents of North San Diego County are going to love the extra space, added features and freshened appearance.”
Stater Bros. Markets has more than 170 stores and 18,000 employees. The company lives out its values through the efforts of its nonprofit, Stater Bros. Charities. For more information about the company, visit staterbros.com.
The grocer recently partnered with MessageWrap to communicate with shoppers at checkout through conveyor belt advertising solutions. With messaging in English and Spanish, the checkout conveyor belt covers are being used to promote the grocer’s shopper loyalty program, Digital Deals.
