ECRS will host the Ignite 2023 Retail Success Conference Aug. 7-9 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This event will be the ninth Ignite, where retail and technology executives come together with industry thought leaders from across the country. Guests will able to share insight and ideas and explore innovative solutions to optimize retail performance.
Attendees will experience keynotes, panels and workshops hosted by industry veterans. In 2023, ECRS is planning more retailer-led breakout sessions – a popular highlight of last year’s conference. The knowledge and resources offered are deeply valuable to retailers working to expand their business, create loyal customers, and grow their brand.
“Ignite is something that we never miss,” said Rob Jones of Marczyk Fine Foods. “We’ve been users [of Catapult] since 2002, and we’ve been to every Ignite since you have offered it.”
For retailers who already use ECRS’ Catapult point-of-sale platform, success workshops will provide advanced knowledge and tools they need to get the most out of it. In 2022, these workshops are the most popular content of the event, with more than half of the retailer attendees enrolling.
ECRS is headquartered in Boone, North Carolina – two hours north of Charlotte – where Ignite 2023 will take place. This proximity will make it possible for more interaction between retailers and product developers during the three-day event.
At Ignite, attendees will have the chance to network with hardware and software engineers who created the systems that are changing their businesses. For people like Nick Hidalgo of Redner’s Markets, it is a conference like no other.
“It’s about interacting with product owners, with people who care about the product and can answer hard questions. It’s been great,” Hidalgo said.
Members of the Catapult community are invited to attend the conference at a discounted rate of $249 or $199 for an early bird discount. Non-Catapult retailers are welcomed to attend at a cost of $499.
