SMU Athletics and its multimedia rights holder, Mustang Sports Properties, introduced Xochitl Chips & Salsa as the newest Mustang corporate partner heading into the 2021-22 college athletics season.
The Irving, Texas-based company will assume the designation as “Official Tortilla Chips & Salsa of SMU Athletics” in a multi-year agreement.
In addition to the overall sponsorship designation, football fans will notice Xochitl as the “Official Tortilla Chips & Salsa of ‘The Boulevard'” during home games. There will be chips and salsa sampling displays available for fans at upcoming SMU football and basketball games. Xochitl also will receive brand visibility via digital and radio throughout the year as an SMU Athletics corporate partner.

SMU Athletics’ multimedia rights holder and dedicated Learfield IMG College team, Mustang Sports Properties, secured the relationship with Xochitl on behalf of the university.
