Buehler’s Fresh Foods recently launched its Healthy Living program in Orrville, Ohio, focusing on providing more than 3,000 healthy items at affordable prices. As consumers continue to look for ways to eat healthier, Buehler’s is committed to providing a diverse selection of products throughout the entire store.
The program highlights items that fall into four main healthy living categories, including organic, gluten free, vegan and non-GMO. Additional items, such as sugar free, keto and low carb have been added to the program as well.
“We are excited to present our healthy living program at our Orrville store. Our goal is to provide a wide variety of items across all departments focusing on attributes like organic, gluten free, vegan, non-GMO and more. Signage has been added throughout every aisle to identify Healthy Living items and highlight item attributes,” said Daniel P. Shanahan, Healthy Living project coordinator. “We are happy to provide a large selection of items that are consistent with the evolving dietary needs of our customers.”
Buehler’s Orrville store is the sixth to be reconfigured with a focus on adding more products in the vegan, gluten free, non-GMO and organic categories. It joins Buehler’s Wooster Milltown, Wooster Towne Market, Ashland, Medina River Styx and Medina Forest Meadows in the Healthy Living program. Buehler’s plans to expand this program to all 13 of its stores by 2021.
Buehler’s Fresh Foods is an employee-owned company (ESOP) and operates 13 Buehler’s Fresh Foods supermarkets located in Ohio.
