In appreciation for the hard work and dedication of its employees, Santa Fe Springs, California-based Superior Grocers has implemented a permanent $1 pay rate increase to all regular full-time and part-time employees. The raise was effective July 20, 2020.
The action was taken in appreciation for employees’ dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic, which continues to spread across the United States.
“We are grateful for the effort our employees continue to put forth to service our customers and communities. As we move forward with the changes around us, we are committed to the support and safety of our employees and their families,” said Richard Wardwell, president.
