For the second year in a row, Newsweek partnered with global data research firm Statista Inc. to uncover and highlight the Best Customer Service Companies for 2020. Sprouts Farmers Market ranked No. 1 in Arizona, No. 2 in California and No. 3 in Texas for customer service in the category of “Food, Health & Beauty: Supermarkets.”
“Our friendly team members are knowledgeable about the products we sell and can answer guests’ questions about healthy eating because we place a high priority on consumer education,” said Sprouts Chief Operations Officer Dan Sanders. “New team members receive extensive training and continued education to help customers with their individual needs.”
