Svoboda Imports Mineral Waters For Distribution In U.S.

Svoboda Magnesia Go

Last updated on August 5th, 2019

Bradenton, Florida-based Svoboda Invest LLC has begun importing Magnesia and Mattoni mineral waters to the U.S.

Originating from the Slavkov Forest in the Czech Republic, Magnesia natural mineral water is a natural source of magnesium, which plays a role in more than 300 different metabolic processes. It supports the proper functioning of muscles and nerves and, when combined with calcium, helps keep bones and teeth healthy; maintains a stable cardiac rhythm; and bolsters the immune system. Increasing magnesium intake during pregnancy has been shown to protect against excessive muscle contractility, protect against hypertension, increase bone density and boost concentration, the company says. A 1.5-liter bottle of Magnesia contains 64 percent of the daily recommended intake of magnesium for pregnant women; one liter of Magnesia water contains 170mg of magnesium.

In the Slavkov Forest in the Czech Republic, the water makes its way through a layer of serpentine, a rock especially rich in magnesium. The element is released from the water with the help of carbon dioxide, resulting in the high content of natural magnesium and low sodium, with overall medium mineralization.

Svoboda Magnesia RedMagnesia is available in still, gently sparkling and sparkling varieties. Gently sparkling Magnesia Red with red fruit juice is available in raspberry, strawberry and grapefruit in 1.5-liter and 0.5-liter PET BPA-free bottles. Also available is Magnesia Go in a 0.75-liter sports bottle with a sport cap.

Mattoni mineral water is available in several flavors: Natural (unflavored), Lemon, Orange, Green Apple, Grapefruit and Peach. Mineral water is a good accompaniment to coffee or meals, as its minerals cleanse the palate, according to Svoboda. Mattoni is all-naturally lightly carbonated.
